The name on your ink678 Account must exactly match the name on your registered bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) to enable successful withdrawals. Mismatches will result in withdrawal delays pending additional verification.

ink678's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits ink678's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ink678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of any actual or suspected:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will not be returned upon Account closure.
